As one of New Zealand’s few registered Function Movement (FMS) practitioners, Aaron truly understands how the body moves and how to get the best out of it. He works to constantly improve all areas of your training and it will positively affect your sporting performance and your life outside the gym.
Aaron specialises in helping people deal with shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle issues or injuries. He will help manage you through, or get you back training with specific correction exercises to improve movement patterns and rehabilitation, giving you the best exercises to focus on for fast progress where you need it most. Aaron works on improving core strength, is skilled with functional strength training and also specialises in weight loss and lean physiques. Aaron is results focussed with a calm and friendly but firm training style.
